taking this example from a comedy show, it's important to realise that yes, such events occur in life for a reason.
you're meant to get screwed over countless times before you ever learn anything.
it's okay to make mistakes, they help you develop as a person, the person you've always wanted to be.
sure, its quite agonising at first, like the happiness has been sucked away, but it's only a small price to pay for the happy life you can lead in the future.
it's not that i believe in fate or destiny blindly- but i do believe things happen for a reason, and co-incidences don't quite exist.
history is a series of events and alternatives.
one act can change a whole course of events, a whole nation, the entire world.
in this case, my focus is my world.
i want to be that kind person, unselfish.
sometimes you really do have to set your ego aside, the fact that YOU were the one who was screwed over, should be a factor which makes you stronger as an individual.
it's hard- no one said it would be easy.
there are going to be so many of these cases throughout the next few years, that this one just seems really insignificant.
in the end, you choose which path you want to lead.
the one where you hold on to the grudges of the past,
and the one where you pave your way to a better future.
the latter is more painful.
but i hope it's going to be worth it
